This is a time for the mind body and soul to connect and play!
Each event is uniquely catered to ensure a one-of-a-kind experience no matter how many times you join the fun!
Ultimately, together we go over the use of crystals as beneficial tools to our everyday lives, connect within and surrender to the flow of creative expression!
What to expect
As a group we begin with an introduction of energy, chakras, stone identification and for what and how we can use each as tools in our lives.
- I provide a worksheet with this info briefly noted and space to take notes, but feel free to bring your own journal
Next I lead a guided meditation and finish with a sound bowl for some nice reiki infused sound bathing
(Optional to pick a card from provided Oracle Deck)
Everyone is provided a tray and string to get to work on making their own high quality gemstone bracelet
As a sign of gratitude everyone is gifted a small tumbled stone intuitively chosen
I vibe off the crowd with the content shared. It's super fun and usually runs between 2-4 hrs.
