What to expect
As a group we begin with an introduction of energy, chakras, stone identification and for what and how we can use each as tools in our lives.
- I provide a worksheet with this info briefly noted and space to take notes, but feel free to bring your own journal
Next I lead a guided meditation and finish with a sound bowl for some nice reiki infused sound bathing to clear your mind and connect within

Everyone is provided a tray and string to curate your very own one-of-a-kind high quality natural gemstone bracelet. Serving as a beacon of your intentions to keep them close to your heart and in the sight of your mind
Cultivate lasting moments and memories of connection through creation to rejoice every time you get a little glimmer of love from your beaded beauty!
As a sign of gratitude everyone is gifted a small tumbled stone intuitively chosen
I vibe off the crowd with the content shared. It's super fun and usually runs between 2-4 hrs.
Everything is flexible and can be adapted best suited for all!
